Yesterday was full of gains and pains for my oldest and youngest daughters.
Ashley had her heart broken by her boyfriend. I hate to see her hurt like this. Last night Mike was on the couch watching a show when we got home and Ashley went over and sat beside him and he put his arm around her and held her and listened while she talked then they just sat there together for awhile.
Hannah decided she no longer wants to lay around and pulled herself to a sitting position in her crib by holding on the the side rails. She sat there for several minutes. She tried to pull her self up to stand but could only get half way up. She works all day long trying to sit up and crawl. We recently had to stop letting Hannah stand in her exersaucer because on three occasions she passed out. Her cardiologist had us put a heart monitor on her for 24 hours and put her in the stander to record what her heart was doing when she passes out. He finally called me back yesterday and said her her rhythms looked great. He said because of all she has wrong he thinks that we should gradually and slowly increase the time she is upright. This was good news because she has been so frustrated that she could not stand. Grandpa and Grandma bought her a walker so she can be more mobile and we put her in it and she loves it.
There is never a dull moment at this house!
